1. 14-Day Return Eligibility Window

   
   

   You may submit a formal return request within 14 calendar days starting from the date your toy package is marked delivered by the logistics carrier. We cannot accept any return application submitted after the 14-day window expires.
2. Return Qualification Standards

   
   

   To qualify for return or full refund, your toy items must meet all the following requirements:

• Products remain unused, unmarked, unassembled and complete inside original factory packaging.
• All original accessories including game pawns, dice, activity cards and game boards must be returned together without loss.
• You must provide your valid order number and delivery receipt as proof of purchase.
  
  
  We will reject all returned parcels without prior return authorization issued by our support team.

1. Standard Return Operation Steps

   
   

   Step 1: Send an email to support@kidsparkqq.com with your order number, clear photos showing the toy’s current condition and your specific return reason.

   
   

   Step 2: Our service team reviews your application within 24 working hours. If approved, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed sending instructions to your mailbox.

   
   

   Step 3: Securely repack all toy items and attach the provided return label before dropping off the package at the designated carrier station.
2. Return Shipping & Restocking Charges

• Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items caused by our warehouse: We fully cover all return shipping costs with zero extra charges.
• Voluntary customer returns (change of mind, unsuitable toy style): We absorb all return shipping fees for all toy products sold on kidsparkqq.com.
• No restocking fees will be applied to any valid returned orders.

1. Approved Refund Processing Flow

   
   

   After we receive, unpack and complete inspection of your returned toy goods, we will send you a refund approval notice within 3 working days. The full payment amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your bank’s internal settlement schedule.
2. Exchange Rules

   
   

   We do not support direct product exchanges. If you wish to switch to another toy item, finish your return application first, then place a brand-new separate order for your target product on kidsparkqq.com.
